Mango Ice cream recipe with strawberry swirls! Summer is incomplete without an ice cream. Do you people agree that? How about some homemade ice cream with some fresh seasonal fruits?

Mangoes are my favorite summer fruit, I am pairing those beauties with another beauty .Yes its strawberries!

Such a delicious flavor combination on an ice cream is a must try I would say. This recipe of Mango ice cream has:

  • No added preservatives
  • No added food color
  • No eggs
  • No churn
  • No ice cream machine needed

Now we are at the peak of summer season and we need of some chill treat to keep ourselves hydrated. This recipe is very easy to make and doesn’t need much time and if you don’t have a hand blender just a whisk do wonders here 😉

I guarantee for the no churn creamy and delicious ice cream that can be made easily at home. The secret ingredient to get the creamy texture in ice cream is condensed milk!

Here is the fool proof recipe for no churn, eggless mango ice cream with strawberry swirls.

Ingredients
  • Heavy whipping cream – 1 ½ cups
  • Medium sized mango – 3
  • Strawberries – 6
  • Sweetened condensed milk – 1 cup
Directions
  • Step 1 Remove the skin and chop the mangoes.
  • Step 2 Puree it with a help of a blender or mixee.
  • Step 3 Transfer the mango puree to a bowl and set aside.
  • Step 4 Similarly chop the strawberries and puree it.
  • Step 5 Transfer the strawberry puree to a bowl and set aside.
  • Step 6 Take a bowl and add heavy cream to it, with a help of a hand blender whisk until you get soft peaks.
  • Step 7 Now add the condensed milk and mix it.
  • Step 8 Then add the mango puree and blend it or fold it gently with the help of a spatula.
  • Step 9 Ice cream batter is ready, pour it in a tray.
  • Step 10 Once half of the tray is filled add some strawberry puree and make it a swirl pattern.
  • Step 11 Repeat the same to the next layer.
  • Step 12 Close the tray with a clean wrap and place it in a freezer.
  • Step 13 After an hour, take the tray out and mix it with the fork (to avoid the ice crystal formation)
  • Step 14 Pop it into the freezer again and freeze it for 6 hours to overnight.
  • Step 15 Later take the ice cream tray out and set aside for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Step 16 Scoop some ice cream and garnish with some fresh strawberries and mint.
  • Step 17 Serve the ice creams chill in a bowl and enjoy.

I personally love my ice creams with some toppings on it. This time added a spoonful of caramel syrup on it to enjoy. Comment your favorite topping to enjoy your ice cream.

NOTES:

  • You can use store bought mango pulp instead of puree from the fresh mangoes.
  • Mix the ice cream after an hour from freezing is must to avoid the ice crystal formation on the ice cream.
  • Instead of strawberry swirls you can add raspberry swirls, chocolate swirls, kiwi swirls, etc., or leave it as it as a plain mango ice cream.
  • For vegan version, replace the heavy whipping cream with 1 cup of coconut milk and 1 banana.
  • If you desire you can add yellow food color, but the mangoes I used itself gave good color for me.
