The BEST breakfast green smoothie recipe is a vegan healthy smoothie, need just 4 main ingredients,banana, spinach leaves, matcha powder and avocado.

Did I say super green? Yes it is!! The smoothie is loaded with healthy super food spinach, avocado and almonds. How about starting your day with this creamy and rich smoothie jar?

If you know me or followed me on my Instagram, you can see how I am obsessed with the smoothies 🙂 I love trying new combinations by combining various fruits and veggies, Green smoothies are always my favorite and this is one of them.

I love the flavor of matcha green tea powder; I usually add them in my breakfast oats and smoothies. It has a huge health benefits like cleansing the metabolism, detoxification, anti-aging, weight loss, etc., the smoothie is so rich and creamy because of the addition of avocado.

Healthy matcha green tea smoothie loaded with vitamins and minerals, perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of coconut milk
  • ½ of ripe avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 1-2 handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 4 dates or 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 5 blanched almonds
  • 2 ice cubes
Directions
  • Step 1 Add all the mentioned ingredients into the blender and puree it till smooth and creamy.
  • Step 2 If the smoothie is too thick add some more coconut milk or water.
  • Step 3 Serve it chill.

NOTES:

If you don’t have coconut milk you can add cashew milk or simply add water to make this smoothie and still it will taste so good.

Vegetarians can very well add milk or yogurt to make this smoothie.

If you have nuts allergy then skip adding almonds.
